Warranty
All items purchased from itstrike carries a 1 Year Return To Base warranty, unless specified. Please note that buyer will be responsible for shipping item back to us if item is faulty. We will ship item back to you FREE.
Return
If an item is found defective on arrive (DOA), buyer should report to us within 7 days and return the item back to us within 14 days for EXCHANGE of the same item. Return MUST contains all original item packaging, invoice shipped with the item, and description of the item's problem. If buyers change their mind, and like to cancel the order or return a shipped item, please contact us to arrange. Item has to be sent back to us within 7 days. Actual shipping fee & small re-stocking fee will be applied.
