Standard UK Delivery: We aim to deliver your items within 2-3 working days when orders are placed before midday. Item will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. The standard delivery charge we offer is £2.99 for UK mainland.

All orders placed on the weekend will also be dispatched on Monday.

Next day delivery (UK only) is £7.50 - Your order must be placed before 3.30pm for a next day service. Next day orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched Monday or next working day.

International Orders: All our international items are dispatched via Royal Air Mail Standard Delivery. Postage costs will be £6.99 for countries around the EU and £7.99 for Non EU countries.

Combined shipping is available (selected items only, with different T&C).

Payments are accepted only via Paypal.

Here at Envy Boutique, we aim to deliver 100% customer satisfaction however if you change your mind for any  reason; you are able to return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any orders so we can arrange this with you.

Once you have contacted us, simply return the item or items in their original condition and packaging. We include a returns slip that you will  need to fill in before returning the item. However if you have misplaced the returns form, simply add a note advising:

All the information provided makes it helpful for us to process your return quickly and avoid any delay. We will issue you a full refund once we receive the returned item however this will not include any delivery costs.

• If the item has labels missing
               
• If your returns period has expired
             

If the item faulty, please contact us immediately before sending back to us.

                Please Note: Returns are your responsibility, we do not  offer a pre-paid returns service unless items are damaged so we recommend you return  items using Royal Mail and always using a track and trace service.

If you wish to cancel your order or make changes to it, please notify us as soon as possible as we cannot amend or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
