We ship most orders in 1-2 business days unless the order is for a set of Panniers, or Nitron shocks which take 2 weeks to custom build

International-
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Customs fees are usually collected by the carrier on delivery but may also be billed later. We will not ship items as gifts, only as commercial samples or merchandise. Please do not ask us to commit fraud by reporting an artificially low price on our customs paperwork

Please see the full return policy for specific requirements and exceptions. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, preferably with the original tags and packaging. If you wear, use, soil or alter the product, it is no longer eligible for return. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser. All eBay items returned to us will generate an unpaid item dispute stating that the buyer and seller have mutually agreed not to conclude the sale and that the seller has returned the item.
