International Estimated Delivery Time:
1. First Class International (10-15 business days, but vary depends on countries): There is no tracking number and no insurance.
2. Registered Mail (10-15 business days): have tracking number, no insurance.
3. Priority International (7-10 business days): have tracking number. Insurance is automatically covered up to certain amount, depends on the weight of package.
4. Express Mail International (3-5 business days): Have tracking number. Insurance is automatically covered up to certain amount, depends on the weight of package.

Please noted that delivery time is estimated by USPS. It also depends on custom duty in each country. In our experience, it takes long time in custom duty in Germany and Austria (sometimes the package is hold 2-4 weeks).
There is no guaranteed delivery date by USPS except Express Mail, but only for some countries.

Return:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dana Kids purchase within the first 7 business days after receiving it, you may return it.

1. Returning is expensive because customer will responsible for all shipping cost. If you concern about the SIZE, please contact us before purchasing. Size chart guide is only for your reference.
We will NOT refund any shipping cost although it is not fit for your baby / kids (including free shipping items, more information, please read number 8 and 9 below).

2. Please noted that all Mud Pie items were packed and sealed. If you need to return, please don't open the bag. Opened bags are not accepted to return.

3. Returned merchandise will only be accepted in its original conditions. Products are unwashed, unworn, unused.

4. All tags are still attached. Dana Kids does not accept merchandise with missing tags.

5. For international orders, all applicable duties or taxes are to be paid buy the customers.

6. Customers will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.

7. Shipping costs are not refundable.

8. Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Dana Kids will credit the customer's account for the amount paid on for returned items. Actual shipping cost will be deducted, no exception, including free shipping items.

9. Our listing prices are covered a part or entire of shipping cost, therefore, we only refund the amount paid on for returned items AFTER WE DEDUCTED ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.

For example: For free shipping items or items we charge only $1.00 of shipping, but actual shipping cost is $2.00, we will deduct $2.00.
