Ring Sizing

We always recommend visiting your local jewelers to be sized for comfort fit.
Comfort fit rings are currently the most popular style of wedding band. Comfort fit rings can be used for all types of metal and are extremely common for Tungsten and Titanium rings since these metals cannot be resized. Please remember to be sized in a similar style and width ring.

What are comfort fit bands?
Comfort fit rings are domed or rounded inside and commonly use more material than standard bands. This domed shape allows for a more comfortable fit. As for standard fit bands, these are generally flat inside and sometimes may pinch the skin while being worn.

How do I find my size?
There is no way for us to size someone over the internet. As always, we recommend visiting your local jewelers to be sized for comfort fit bands. The average ring size for men is size 10 and the average for women is size 7. All buyers are responsible for their own ring size selection. Some of the following techniques are not guaranteed to be accurate ways of sizing but they are common methods used when ordering online.

Please know your ring size before purchasing, as we are not responsible for incorrect ring sizes being ordered. All customers will get the US comfort fit size they ordered. All rings are checked for accurate size before being shipped to ensure the correct comfort fit size requested is sent. However, if the wrong size is purchased we will gladly exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase [terms available under returns & exchanges]. If you happen to order the wrong size, please, contact us for information on how to exchange your ring for a different size.

Payment:

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase or winning bid. If you have any requests please contact us via eBay messages before checkout.

Shipping:

Most Items purchased on a business day before 1pm PST are shipped the same day. All purchases are shipped within 24 hours or next business day via United States Postal Service. Items will be shipped to the buyer's confirmed PayPal address. Please make sure your address is up to date before purchasing any items. Combined shipping is not available for this item.

International Shipments are shipped within 24 hours of payment and take approximately 9-15 business days to arrive. This does NOT include any delays caused by foreign customs or delivery couriers. Please be patient as we cannot control these factors after the item is shipped. Also be sure both PayPal and eBay addresses are current before purchasing and include your phone number as this is necessary for international shipments.

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty INCLUDED with your purchase! Lifetime warranty covers size exchanges and damage to the tungsten metal [not inlays, stones, plating, or additional materials on the ring]. Lifetime exchange redemptions will have a nominal fee of $9.95 for each future ring exchange. This covers processing and shipping of the replacement ring. The ring cannot be exchanged for another style unless original style is no longer available.

Engraving is not available for tungsten rings due to the hardness of the metal. A special type of engraving needs to be done. We do not offer this. Engraving your item will void the return and lifetime warranty offered.

Returns & Exchanges:

Are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be received in new unused condition with original packaging and all accessories to qualify for a refund. Refund does not include original shipping cost (our cost to ship). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are at fault. A 10% restocking fee may apply to any opened or used items. Items found to be D.O.A. or defective can be exchanged for a new replacement. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions before sending any item.

Size Exchanges (Domestic):

During the first 30 days after purchase, first ring size exchange is free [one per buyers household] and each additional size exchange during the 30 days will cost $3.00 to cover shipping and delivery confirmation. The $3.00 fee must be paid in advance beginning with the second exchange. After the 30 day grace period the terms of the lifetime warranty will be in effect. Please note tungsten jewelry cannot be resized and must be replaced with a new ring. Please contact us prior to any exchange, otherwise your exchange will not be processed.

Size Exchanges (International):

ALL size exchanges require $6.95 usd paid in advance. This covers actual shipping charge by the U.S. Post Office for standard international mail. Shipping method may be upgraded upon request. After the initial 45 days of purchase, the terms of the lifetime warranty will be in effect. Please note tungsten jewelry cannot be resized and must be replaced with a new ring. Please contact us prior to any exchange, otherwise your exchange will not be processed.

IMPORTANT: For US residents - Please note any ring shipped in a letter envelope with 1 stamp is NOT sufficient to cover the cost of postage. **To sufficiently cover postage in a letter envelope, 4 stamps are necessary as USPS classifies these under the parcel rate due to the thickness of the ring. Insufficient postage may cause further delays and can result in your package being returned. Purchasing Delivery Confirmation is also recommended, but not required. To guarantee that the item is shipped with sufficient postage or to learn more about postal rates, please visit your local post office.
