We believe we have the best network in place for deliveries to all around world. We offer both land based as well as air based services. Out postage option at check out reflect the best options we currently have, however if you have any particular query about services to your country, kindly send us an email to mailorder.brooklyn@gmail.com. Unfortunately we do not have a system where non EU residents can pay without the standard VAT charge of 20% therefore all our prices are inclusive of this charge and no-refund on this will be entertained however to accommodate our customers we have reflected this charge by subsidising the postage cost. We aim to reply within 30 minutes during our office hours however any queries during our out of office hours may take longer.

Dispatch time

We currently dispatch 99% of our orders within 24 hours of receiving clear payment. We aim to dispatch all orders received on any working day by 04:00pm BST. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch it within 24 hours of placing your order our customer services team will get in touch and let you know the delay or alternative options.
