We provide Free Ground Shipping to USA
- We ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment.
- We ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box addresses.
- We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, calulate the shipping charged on under Payment and shipping tab on Item listing.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and also UPS for all domestic orders. International orders will only be sent with USPS either Priority mail or Express. All packages will be insured through either services. Domestic order will take between 3 - 5 business days. International orders will take between 10 - 14 days. Sometimes longer depending on your countries customs office. Any package REFUSED by customer, WILL be charged an additional $15 for fees. We do NOT pay for return shipping on REFUSED packages.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date.
It is buyer's responsibility to notify us of any problems within 3 days of receipt of the product. Shipping is free for initial shipping only, for exchanges for the product buyer is responsible for shipping charges and restocking fee of 10%.
To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund the merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Refunds or exchanges will not be given if garment looks worn or smells of perfume.
