Temperature Controlled Heated Platform to Assist with BGA Rework

The BK 2050-HOTPLATE is yet another new addition to the BlackJack SolderWerks range.

The unit provides the user with a temperature controllable platform on which to clean and reball BGA chips.

A handy alignment tool is also included.

 

Specifications:

  • Power Consumption: 700Watts Peak
  • Temperature Range: 302 degrees F ~ 662 degrees F (150 degrees C ~ 350 degrees C)
  • Heating Element: Resistance Heater
  • Voltage: 220V~240VAC

 

The BK 2050 HOTPLATE runs on UK and EU mains power. The heating element generates heat by resistance heating.

We're a UK company, based in South Manchester. All of our items are on the shelf in our UK warehouse, so dispatch is always within 1 working day of cleared payment being received.

Delivery

To qualify for a refund, any items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

All returns must be packaged properly and include a copy of the original invoice.
