Continuous coverage is required at all times on DELL SonicWALL products. Delaying activation may result in lapsed coverage which will cause support to be backdated to the date of hardware registration or the last day support was active on the appliance. Should this occur, you will not receive the full period of the contract.
- There will be no physical delivery of goods for orders of services placed online.
- The activation key(s) enable the fulfillment of your order and the start of service.
- Activation keys must be entered online on MySonicWALL
- All activated services are considered "Opened Software," and final.
- Activation Keys; are unique codes that we generate for your specific purchase(s). This key is required to “unlock” your service and to commence use of that service.
