We love giving our customers the latest looks and trends without breaking the bank, future promises to be dazzling with 100's of new bags, footwear and outfits to have your friends green with envy.

We currently only accept PayPal payments and send goods to your PayPal registered address only.

If you do require the item to be sent to another address, we suggest that you add that address to your PayPal account and choose it as the "deliver to address" at the payment stage.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay the shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system. Please consult the PayPal website for further details about eCheques.

Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service . We aim to post the goods within 24 hours of receiving
cleared payment and over 99% of the items are shipped out the same evening. Please note that items purchased on
weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK Customers: Most purchases should arrive within 2 to 5 days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days.
If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is
not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to
resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

International Customers: Most items should arrive between 6 to 15 working days after dispatch. However on very rare
occasions it can take a bit longer. If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal
Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require
you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.    
Please note - a tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as we have dispatched you order.

Big Handbag Shop operate an easy, hassle free returns and exchange procedure. Simply follow the instructions below:
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or
exchange.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling
off period of seven working days to cancel their order.
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty & Damaged Returns: Before returning the item please contact our customer service
team first, as photographic evidence may only be required from you. If the said item needs to be returned to the
supplier for inspection, we will compensate you for your return postage cost.

Non Faulty Returns: If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange, all we ask is that
you return the item with the enclosed returns form.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is
damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.
A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.
We will refund the amount to the original payment method by which the payment was made. If we are unable
to exchange the item we will inform you via email and refund your postage.
