We offer free shipping on eligible items and insurance by UPS Ground Service to the 48 Continental United States. Please contact us about shipping to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Shipping to APO or PO BOX by USPS Priority. We do not ship internationally.

Payment: We accept: Visa/Master card, Discover, American Express through Paypal. (Paypal payments with confirmed address only) We don't offer escrow or Collect on Delivery payments. Please be sure to include all necessary information to complete your order. CA residents must add 8.25% sales tax. Winning bidder agrees to prepay for the product after completion of auction.

RETURNS |
|
Returns are accepter within 30 days and may be subject to 15% restocking fee. All items must be in original packaging, undamaged and in acceptable (as-new) condition. Shipping, handling and/or open software are non-refundable. Although rare, some DOA (death on arrival) cases have been reported. In case of DOA, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. DOAs are not subject to a restocking fee. Any significant shipping damage has to be reported immediately.

WARRANTY |

 Limited Warranty: We offer 3 years warranty from the original date of purchase against any defects on computer system's components (system components are defined as all major component inside the case). For all other products warranty will be listed in description where applicable. We will replace or repair any computer system component for a period of 3 years from the original purchase date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. Physical damage or damage due to negligence by the end user is not covered by this warranty.
