Auction Terms and Conditions:
* I try to make my auctions as accurate and detailed as possible, but please feel free to ask questions if you need to clarify anything!
* Payment is required within 24 hours of auction close
* Items ship to PayPal-verified addresses in continental United States of America only, or internationally via eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP). It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify if they can receive packages through the GSP program before placing a bid. International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence. International shipping cost is NEVER refundable for any reason. Please only bid if you understand this.
* I ship via FedEx Ground with tracking number within 3 days of payment receipt. Shipping costs include proper packaging and actual shipping costs. I like to pack my items well so they arrive to you unscathed!
* My auctions specify a 3-day handling time, however I always strive to ship out as quickly as possible
* I only accept PayPal Registered users, you may NOT use Guest checkout for my auctions
* All sales are final, please understand that this is an auction/liquidation environment, not a retail store, so make sure the item is right for you, before bidding. Please ask questions if you are unsure!
* I do not offer refunds, except for Dead On Arrival (DOA) items. All items are sold as-is, as-described. It is your responsibility to determine system compatibility/requirements. I do not offer returns for items that you mistakenly purchase or are incompatible with your systems. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF SOMETHING!
* I do make exceptions for DOA items, as previously stated. If an item is DOA, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item (as per tracking information). It is your responsibility to contact me within that time frame in order to process a refund or exchange. I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on DOA items after 24 hours of the item being delivered with no prior communication. Buyer pays return shipping. Good communication is the key to a good relationship!
* I test all machines that I sell on my marketplace to make sure they are 100%, and when they aren’t, I make sure to note that in descriptions accordingly, however there may be underlying issues not found during testing and therefore not described here. Please know this and bid accordingly. Again, ask questions if you are unsure of anything.
* By placing a bid you understand that you are bidding on a USED machine. Most of these machines are used, corporate off-lease machines. As previously stated, some items may have underlying issues not found during testing and therefore not described here. These machines are strictly sold as-is with NO RETURNS. Please understand this and bid accordingly.
