Please enquire about the item and check listing details fully including postage before making a purchase.
We aim to respond to any emails within 24 hours and any phone calls will be taken between 9am - 5pm 7 days a week.
Any questions or enquiries in relation to items please do not hesitate to contact us as we will be more than happy to help.
We accept payment by Pay Pal or cash on collection only.
Any overseas buyers please contact us by email regarding payment and shipment.
If payment is not recieved within 5 days of purchase an unpaid item dispute will be opened and appropriate action will be taken by Ebay and Pay Pal.
Any orders recieved before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
 Items less than 1kg will be sent using Royal Mail.
Glass & panels (windows, wings & doors) items are sent at buyers own risk but will be packed appropriately and checked before dispatch.
All items which are delivered must be checked upon arrival to check they are in good order before signing for the goods.
Most items supplied are covered with 30 days warranty.
The warranty will only cover parts and does not cover any labour or associated costs.
