Our UNIQUELY DESIGNED `KICKSTART ENGINEERING` Restrictor Kits feature a trademark `TRIANGULair` design (if applicable) a CERTIFICATE OF FITMENT and BASIC FITTING INSTRUCTIONS.
They are manufactured from 304 (marine) grade Stainless Steel and carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE whilst fitted to the machine named on the original Certificate of Fitment.
The Restrictor Kit must be installed by a COMPETENT PERSON to ensure correct fitment and operation:
Incorrect fitment of the Restrictor Kit may invalidate insurance.
Tampering with the Restrictor Kit may invalidate insurance.
Premature removal of the Restrictor Kit may invalidate insurance.
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring correct level of restriction on individual machines lies with the end user.
The Restrictor Kits have been INDEPENDENTLY TESTED and PROVEN to restrict the machine advertised above to the advertised power level (25kW or 35kW) - or less when the maximum power to weight ratio may be compromised due to the dry weight of the subject machine - and meet ALL necessary criteria for UK and ROI aftermarket sales, and fully satisfy the requirements of the UK`s `Trading Standards`

These items come with FREE `First Class Recorded` delivery via the Royal Mail as standard to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
International shipping including ROI is via Royal Mail`s `Airsure` (or equivalent) tracked and signed service which attracts a surcharge of £9.24 GBP - cheaper services don`t always get delivered unfortunately ......
Express delivery upgrades are available on checkout for UK and NI addresses as follows:-

1) WE DO NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL OF AUTHORITIES / ORGANISATIONS IN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE UK / ROI. Some EU countries will accept these Restrictor Kits when accompanied by a dyno report from the restricted machine as a form of `independent compliance test` - PLEASE CHECK YOUR OWN COUNTRY`S RULES BEFORE PURCHASING as the P&P cost will not be refunded.
2) MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC CAN LEGALLY FIT RESTRICTOR KITS AT HOME IN A `DIY` MANNER AND SELF CERTIFICATE THE FITMENT IF THEY WISH. This is NOT accepted by Irish Insurance Broker `LIBERTY`. Scottish Insurance Brokers `H&R` will require a dyno report from the restricted machine following `DIY` fitment (Any additional Insurance Brokers with similar company policies will be listed here once we are aware).
3) WE DO NOT SELL CERTIFICATES OF FITMENT SEPARATELY.
4) WE DO NOT OFFER A FITTING SERVICE - MAIL ORDER ONLY.
5) RIDERS HOLDING A `CBT` ALONE MAY NOT RIDE A MACHINE LARGER THAN 125cc ON `L` PLATES.
6) THE CERTIFICATE OF FITMENT SUPPLIED WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESTRICTION BY INSURANCE COMPANIES AND POLICE / GARDA FORCES (WITHIN REASON).
7) THESE RESTRICTOR KITS MEET UK AND ROI CRITERIA FOR AFTERMARKET SALES.
8) ALL MAKES AND MODELS AVAILABLE ARE ADVERTISED HERE ON EBAY. ANY NEW ITEMS WILL BE LISTED IMMEDIATELY AS AND WHEN AVAILABLE.
Restriction level`s as follows:-
Motorcycle A2 licence obtained BEFORE 19th January 2013 - limited to 25kW (33bhp) and max 0.16kW/kg
Motorcycle A2 licence obtained (or training toward) AFTER 19th January 2013 - limited to 35kW (46.9bhp) and max 0.2kW/kg
