Open box products are in like-new condition. They may have been returned by other customers, used as display products in our store, or played once in a demonstration video. All open box products are fully functional and may include original packaging. There may be minor cosmetic damage such as a scratch or dent, but nothing that should affect the instrument's integrity.

Please note that the return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged products must be reported to Austin Bazaar within 1 business day of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
