Crazing from age but No chips or cracks.  Needs  serious cleaning.

Not sure what type doggy it represents:  Lhasa Apso, Petit Griffon, Spaniel  , Bearded Collie, Shih Tzu.  So cute.

Smoke free.

5 " x 4 " x 5 "   approx.

I'd think it would be cute in a kitchen window as a starter for  your houseplants, succulents, aloe , jades etc.
