1966 CHEVY C-10 CUSTOM LONG BED PICK-UP Original One Owner Family
283 Engine, 2 barrel, Automatic transmission, manual steering

The Chevy C-10 Custom Long bed was bought new in 1966, has never left our family, being passed down only from father to son. This truck was bought in Georgia and driven in Georgia it's entire life. It has never worked too hard. The most it's done is a few years of pulling a small trailer for yard work from time to time. and is in great shape for age. Since we have always owned it we can give you details of it's history which so far has been a good one.

This truck has never been wrecked and currently mileage reads: 85,366 on it's second round. It has an estimated total of 200,000 miles because there was several months that the odometer did not work but it does work now. Most driving was earlier in life, now it spends more time sitting than driving, but is driven at least once a week for errands.

Here is more history of the truck…
    • Bed replaced once and currently in great condition because we have kept the camper top on the truck.
    • Never wrecked and only body work was to stop a bit of rust beginning to form at the bottom of the doors. Slightly noticeable color difference on doors.
    • Painted once inside and out back in the mid 90's, colors are all original.
    • Engine has been rebuilt once around 1995.
    • Transmission has been rebuilt once in the early 90's.

2014:
New Alternator, voltage regulator, radiator rebuilt, tune-up, carburetor rebuilt and new battery.

2013:
Heater coil replaced

It idols a little rough when cold. The videos above is after warming up about 5 minutes. The back tires tread is about 35% and the front are about 60%. There is a small rock chip on the windshield passenger side. Under the gas cap you can see in the pic that it has some gas damage on the paint. I have tried my best to describe, but look over pictures and ask any questions you have. Truck is sold as is with no warranty. I would not be afraid of driving it anywhere.
