======================Payment Policy========================
PayPal only. Payment must be made within 7 days of item(s) purchase. Otherwise, we will file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay against the buyer.
According to eBay's Unpaid Item Policy, buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Sellers can file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction).
Note: If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer's account in advance of suspension.

======================Shipping Policy========================
Shipping and Handling: Items will be shipped within 3 business day upon clearance of payment. All packages will be covered with insurance and signature confirmation. It usually takes 7 (SEVEN) business days to be arrived after we ship out.
Shipping Confirmation: After item is shipped, we will send Shipping Confirmation via email to buyer and the package tracking number as well.
Redeliver Expense: We usually give delivering company the addressee's phone number so that they won't send the package to a wrong destination if they lost direction. Please kindly provide us a CONTACT NUMBER for delivery coordination after you purchase the item.
The mailman will attempt to deliver the package to you at least TWICE. The stocking fee and mailing cost of returning or redelivering will be at buyer's expense if the delivering company is NOT able to reach the buyer FIVE (5) days after the first attempt.
Combine Shipment: We do combine shipment per buyer's request when buyer purchases more than one item from us. Shipping discount will be given to buyer depending on the package contents. There is NO discount if we provide shipping for FREE. We will try to pack all items in one box, but if some items are simply too big, then they will be packed in a separate box.
International Shipping (Outside the United States & Canada): We usually don't ship outside the U.S. unless buyer is willing to pay extra fees. Please contact us before you place a bid. Both buyer and seller must come to an agreement about shipping cost, and additional handling charge before bidding.

Signature Confirmation
We are not responsible for any packages that was lost or damaged through the shipping process, since all packages we ship out will be covered with insurance and signature confirmation. Buyer should file a claim with the shipping service provider, and we will only help provide necessary documents for the claiming process; such as proof of item value, signature confirmation receipt, and insurance receipt, etc. If any original documents are required in the claiming process, we will mail the needed documents per buyer's request, and mailing cost will be at our own expense.
RMA Replacement
All sales are final. However, if an item is found defected or DOA (Dead on Arrival), buyer MUST report immediately within the exchange period of SEVEN (7) days from the date of item arrival. We highly recommend buyer to inspect every aspects of the device once item(s) arrived. Returning defected or DOA item MUST obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number(s) from us. RMA number(s) is valid for 7 days and it will not be extended or reissued. Once RMA is approved, item MUST be returned within applicable Return Policy period of 7 days from the date of item arrival with a shipping notification sent to us. Item returned must be unused and in its ORIGINAL condition (e.g. full pack, no damage & missing parts, with packing box...etc). It means that everything must be in the box the same way buyer received it. Buyer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. We are not responsible for any returned shipping expenses or charges that might be incurred. However, the shipping expense for replaced item mailing to you is on us.
