PAYMENT:

All Major Credit cards, Debit cards, and e-checks through PAYPAL only.

• Please make your payment immediately upon checkout.
• Non- paying buyers will be reminded via eBay automated system on the 4^th day.
• After 7 days, non-paying buyers will get an unpaid strike. It can be removed once payment is made.

 TRACKING:

• All U.S. Domestic packages have Tracking Numbers that you can track online.
• International USPS First Class packages do NOT have tracking.
• All International PRIORITY packages have Tracking Numbers that you can track online.

 

SHIPPING:

• We ship Monday – Friday excluding US holidays.
• COMBINED SHIPPING is available on selected items. After you order a product, DO NOT PAY YET.
• Order all the items you want. When you are ready to pay, click on “My eBay” at the top right, then click on “Purchase History”, then click on “PAY NOW”.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Combined Shipping: please contact us to revise your invoice BEFORE you pay. Certain items may not qualify for the lowest cost shipping option.

EXCHANGES/RETURN:

• Please contact us BEFORE returning any items. Do not just send the items without prior notice.
• Any returned item must be UNOPENED and UNUSED.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The only exception is if we sent the wrong item.
• Please read the descriptions and ask questions if any, before your purchase.
• If a mistake was made unintentionally on our part, we will correct it! Please contact us and we will make it right.

 INTERNATIONAL:

• Buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or fees. Unclaimed packages are not considered as lost.
• If left unclaimed, the package will be returned to us and we will refund the payment minus shipping charges, fees, etc. once we receive the package.
• Depending on the country International shipping delivery can take 2 – 8 weeks, sometimes longer. Please be patient.
