Q) Can I change my order?
A) We offer low prices and carry out high volume sales. An order fulfillment company dispatches all orders. This is why immediate payment and address confirmation is requested. You can return all products within 14 days for a full refund, to the return address.

Q) Combined Shipping discount? If I buy more than one item will I have to pay postage for all my item? I am afraid that the automatic discount for shipping only works if you order more than one of the same product.
A) If you would like to buy more than one product and get a reduction on shipping please follow the steps...
  1. Log on to www.ebay.co.uk. (NOT ebay.com / .ca etc)
  2. You must add all of your items to the shopping cart before checkout.
  3. Purchase your order at full postage cost.
  4. Message me requesting a combined shipping discount.
I will then refund extra postage paid via paypal. Please note, we DO NOT quote shipping. We will only make refunds where refunds are due. I am sorry this process could not be more simple.

Q) My item has not arrived?
A) If you are in the UK and you item has not arrived with in 3 working days please email us. If you are in Europe please allow 5-7 working days for your items to arrive. The rest of the world can expect items to take up 15 working days. If after this point your item has not arrived please email us.

Q) I would like to cancel my order?
A) No problem, please return your within 14 days of receiving it. Return to the return address on the back of the envelope. On receiving the item in unopened/ unused condition we will refund you in full.

Q) I ordered 240 tablets but have received 2 x 120 packets?
A) Please be aware that when you order a packet of 60 tablets, you will receive 2 x 30 packets, when you order a packet of 240 tablets you will receive 2 x 120 packets, and when you order a packet of 1000 tablets you will
