- All items are new and of high quality, they will be checked and taken pictures before packing as the proofs for disputes.
- Because the address written on shipping labels is not the return address, you need to contact us for any problem.
- Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Item will be shipped to your PayPal address - No Exceptions!

Domestic shipping:
We use USPS with tracking number.
For fraud protection, the shipping address must be the same on both eBay and Paypal.
We will check your Ebay and Paypal address before print shipping label.

International shipping:
Is available through USPS Priority Mail Intl/ Package Intl or First Class Mail Intl/ Package Intl.
- Excludes: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma/Myanmar, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Russian.
- And other Commonwealth of Independent States countries, includes: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

USPS First Class Mail Intl/ Package Intl:
+ To prevent fraud and theft: insurance is required (absolutely no exceptions) on all items we sell.
+ Please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your item (Holidays may also cause a delay in shipment.)

USPS Priority Mail Intl:
+ To prevent fraud and theft: insurance is required (absolutely no exceptions) on all items we sell.
+ Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your item (Holidays may also cause a delay in shipment.)
+ You will receive tracking number as soon as your items are shipped.

International Buyers please note:
+ International buyers may be responsible for customs fees and experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays depend on the destination country.
+ Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
+ Buyers pay all import charges (including tax and customs fees) if there is any. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
+ We are NOT responsible for Customs fee, import duties, VATs, and taxes on all international shipments (Please check with your customs office for possible fees prior to purchasing the items).
+ In case you don’t come to your local Post Office to pick up the package and it’s sent back to us, we only refund a half of the item’s price (without shipping cost that you paid). This is to compensate the Ebay fee, Paypal fee, Sale tax fee, Insurance fee, Shipping fee, Material packing fee and Opportunity cost.
