All payments must be received within 4 days of purchasing the item. If payment is not received within 4 days then an automated unpaid item case will be opened. 

If you would like to cancel an order then please contact us via the eBay messaging service immediately. We can only cancel an order within 4 days of purchasing the item, after that an unpaid item case is automatically opened. Alot of times customers order multiple items and they are not aware that they have purchased more than one item. If this is the case please contact us immediately within 4 days of purchasing the item.

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. What tracking information is available?

To ensure you know the status of your parcel delivery at all key 
stages, Royal Mail Tracked® provides the following track points:

1). Track 1 is created at the point of despatch when the parcel label is generated on our own despatch management system.

2). Track 2 occurs when your parcel enters the Royal Mail processing Mail Centre

3). Track 3 is triggered when the parcel is processed at the recipient?s local Mail Centre

4). Track 4 is taken when the parcel arrives at the Delivery Office 

5). Track 5 occurs at the doorstep of the delivery address when delivery of the parcel is attempted

International deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail International Signed, TNT, DHL or Belgium Post. We dispatch Worldwide with the exception of some countries. 

Free Postage Offer

We offer Free Postage on all purchases within the UK. We try our best to keep our prices rock bottom to ensure our customers get the cheapest price. We continually research our competition to ensure that our customers are getting the best prices online. 

Please note that the Free Postage offer only applies to the delivery of the first pair. If you would like to exchange an item them you must pay the cost of delivery to send the replacement.

Returns & Exchange

We always want our customers to be happy with the products and services that we provide. However, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer you with a 14 days refund and exchange policy. For refunds, you can return the item to the address on the invoice within 14 days and we will issue a refund once we receive the item. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when return to us. Once we have received the item we issue a Full Refund. Please note the customer must pay for the cost of returning the item.

For exchange, you can send the item back to the address on the invoice including a note stating the style, size and further details of the item you wish to exchange for. We also require £3 to send the replacement. But, in both the cases please ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was sent, it has not been worn. If you would like an exchange then please contact us via the eBay messaging service to check if the replacement required is in stock. You will need to return the item at your own cost. You will not need to open a returns case if you would like to exchange an item. 

If your item is faulty on arrival then you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Item should be returned in their original packaging, Once we have verified the fault we will isse a replacement item or full refund via your original payment method. We will also reimburse your postage costs. We will the inspect returned item and if is not faulty then we cannot issue a refund or the postage costs.
