PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due within 5 days after of your purchase. If payment is not received, the item will be re-listed. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

SHIPMENT POLICY: We ship within 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. We ship all items on the system ‘’Expedited Parcel’’ by Canada Post. Please be patient, as it may take a few extra days to get your package out, due to high volume.

SHIPPING INSURANCE (min.): Canada Post liability coverage ($100. CAD). We package items as well as we can, making the extra effort to ensure they arrive intact & undamaged. We cannot, however, be liable for loss, damage or transit time in the mail. 

RETURN POLICY: We describe the items as accurately as possible. Many of these items are used, so you are buying on the tem as is shown or described... Make sure you check pictures with attention before buying. We accept returns if item is not as described. You must notify us immediately of your intentions to return before posting. Package must be shipped back to us within 14 days with tracking and insurance. We don’t refund shipping charges. Refund will be made when item is received back in the same condition as it was sent.
