All our seeds are packed in hermetically closed sachets, what increases their lifetime and quality. All products are send in padded envelopes to make sure that their will arrive in excellent condition. We can assure you that all our seeds are fresh. If any of them are unsold during the season, they come back to manufacturer. And in new season we supply our shop with fresh seeds. We try to provide the highest quality for the lowest price. Description
Alyssum plants make a great addition to pots, containers, and baskets. This Alyssum plant grows to 4 inches in height, and the flowers have a lovely honey fragrance.
It is a prolific bloomer with delicate flowers that can bloom all summer long.
Sowing instruction
Sow in March to May at 15-29C (60-85F)
Sow on the surface of a good quality seed compost and gently firm down. Keep the soil damp but not wet and do not exclude light. Place in a propagator or seal the seed tray inside a polythene bag until after germination, which usually takes 7-30 days. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow them on in cooler conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. When alyssum plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Transplant outdoors in full sun on light sandy, well drained soil at a distance of 30cm (12") apart.
