Our art department will prepare your layout and email a proof within 24 hours. Upon your approval, your kit will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

All of our products are inspected prior to packaging. Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In the
unlikely event that they have been damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. If you are
not satisfied, please return it within 7 days for a full refund minus the actual shipping cost. ALL NON-PERSONALIZED
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. The merchandise must be in the exact shrink-wrapped packaging
and resellable condition. We will not accept returns that have been damaged, improperly packaged or tampered with. All
custom personalized kit CANNOT be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipments
