You do need the UHI prewired telephone option fitted to your car - connector is normally found in the centre armrest (please see picture for this). This unit simply plugs directly into the connector - no cables required. I supply full installation instructions but will help where possible if you get any problems (although I am very sure you won't)
SOUND IS CRISP AND EXTREMELY CLEAR AND BECAUSE THIS UNIT USES THE CAR BODY AS ITS AERIAL, THE SIGNAL IS AMAZING
The cradle connects via Bluetooth to your phone and you can make calls via the steering wheel controls and COMAND if you have it on your car.
This cradle enables you to connect most makes of mobile phone via bluetooth to the car. You will be able to make calls using steering wheel controls and your address book will also store into the car system.
It will work on most phones from apple,blackberry, nokia, sony ericson, samsung,motorola, etc. You can check with your local MB dealer if you are unsure.It takes about 2 mins to set up and automatically connects to the car system.
