WWTL is a well-established importer and exporter dealing in fast selling products. Our company has run for over 10 years and is well established in the UK market. Our main products are all types of smoking accessories, carrier bags & black bags. We have also launched our own brand known as Swiss back in 2007 which is now a well-known and highly demanded brand.. Swiss products are at the highest quality and are available worldwide we from multiple distributors. We manufacture multiple products such as Cigarette Tubes, Lighters, Lighter Gas, Carrier Bags & Black Bags.

Returns Policy
Return Policy: If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of the date you received the order, unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange (re-shipping charges apply). Direct Plus Distribution will not refund products which have had seals broken or return postage or be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.
Missing Items - Claims for missing items cannot be made until the following conditions are met
Inland UK - Deliveries including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items).
Europe - Royal Mail allow 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days have passed since the item was posted.
Rest of the World - Royal Mail allow 25 working days for items to arrive for the rest of the world so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 25 working days have passed since the item was posted.
We will issue a replacement after this time depending on our available stock. If a replacement is not available, an alternative will be offered or a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All sales will be sent standard Royal Mail 1st Class delivery by default, but can be specified/upgraded/downgraded by the buyer at check out. Cancellation- Orders maybe cancelled prior to dispatch if not customer will be liable to pay postage cost to return order.
