SHIPPING POLICY
TO AUSTRALIAN BUYERS:

FREE POSTAGE: We ship our items using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. We provide FREE SHIPPING service for all Australian Buyers.
POSTAGE TIME: We will process your order within 0-1 Business Day of payment being received (please note: bank deposits and e-check through Paypal can take a few days to appear). Either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers will be used depends on your locations.(It is not optional for buyers, if a specified courier is require, please leave a message when check-out). Domestic shipping can take from 1-7 business days; however most items are received before then.
EXPRESS POST: Express Post can take 1-3 business days to deliver and it can be selected when you check out with extra cost. Please contact us if you have any doubts on the rates.
TRACKING INFO: Tracking number will be provided once we posted the item. For some small items posting by letters, tracking is not available, but the proof of sending and related photos can be provided if required.
PICK-UP: Pick-up is available and welcome from Beaconsfield VIC 3807. Please contact us via eBay mail to arrange the picking time.
(Please note: Please do NOT select "pay on pick-up" if you are choosing to collect from your local Woolworths or Big W, you still need to pay for the item first, so we can post it through.)

TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

SHIPPING SERVICE OPTIONS: We post our goods to WORLDWIDE by Australia Post. Different shipping service options will be available when you check-out depends on the weights and sizes of the parcel.
In specific, International Air Mail is not trackable, while Auspost is able to confirm the delivery status finally. It normally takes 7-10 working days to finish the delivery but it could be longer due to the local customs check.
International Registered Post and Express Courier International are trackable for most countries and faster than International Air Mail, while it will cost more, undoubtedly. It normally takes about 5-7 working days to deliver. Please choose carefully when you check out.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

PAYPAL: We prefer payment through PayPal. An immediate payment is not required but prefered. Any unpaid orders will be kept for up to 7 days and an unpaid item case will be opened after that. (Please note: eCheques through Paypal can take a few days to appear).

BANK DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER: If you are paying via the bank deposit or bank transfer, please leave your eBay ID as reference so that we can locate you payment quickly and process your order. We are with WESTPAC and Our Bank details will be available when you choose to pay by bank deposit in check-out. (Please note: bank transfers from a different bank can take a few days to appear).

CASH ON PICK-UP: Paying cash on pick-up is also an option for all buyers and bidders. (Paying on pick-up is not available for buyers who collect from Big W or Woolworths.)
