We accept PayPal only. It is Fast, Secure and Instant. (There is no charge for using this method). All goods should be paid for within 3 days otherwise the item will be re-listed in line with eBay policy and the sale is declared void.
If you are waiting to win additional items to save on combined shipping, then I understand a delay in payment. Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).
Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. All our shipping and packaging originates are based in UK. Shipping is 100% discreet for your privacy! We use a plain mailer, and the return address is marked with my business name that has nothing to do with lingerie.
Items bought between Monday to Thursday after 15:00 will be sent the next day. Items bought on Friday (after 12) or weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. Shipping takes about 10-20 days to most countries outside the UK. We take no responsibility for delays caused by Mail work (strike, etc..)
About Shipping Addresses Without exception we can only ship items to your address, it is not possible to change the shipping address as ebay do not provide us with cover for this. This is a necessary security measure.
If not completly happy with the item then please return within 14 days for a refund. All returns must be received back in the same condition as new, in original packaging, with all tags/labels on.
You can return for a refund, or an exchange. Your choice : ) but You pay for any shipping costs. (It costs about £ 2 to ship an item within the UK). Please email me before returning item so we can talk about the best resolution and way to handle the situation.
