Comprehensive build documents are supplied as PDF, downloadable from the URL shown in the header image of this listing. You're welcome to download them in advance to see what's involved. No cut-n-paste from other people's work here - detailed schematics, layouts and BOMs are all done from scratch.

For clarity - this listing is for the PCB ONLY! The pictures of the fully built circuits are for illustration purposes only. If you want a full kit please check my other listings.

Tone Bender Mk III

The final chapter in the classic Tone Bender series, and by far the most versatile. Whereas previous versions had only volume and fuzz controls, the MkIII added a Treble-Bass (tone) control to take you from crunchy bottom-rich fuzz to all-out top end filth.

As Tone Bender builds always work better with PNP transistors this latest PCB has the option of an onboard voltage-inverter so you can use those posi-ground cans by still daisychain your power with standard negative-ground pedals. This is totally optional of course, if you want to use a dedicated supply or battery power.

Several versions can be built, including a couple of boutique models. See the instruction doc available via the URL in the header image up there.

Designed for board-mounted vertical pin pots for ultra simple build and easy enclosure mounting.

PCB size: 50 X 40mm
