Il MiniPc non si avvia o rimane fermo/va in loop alla prima schermata di avvio cosa posso fare?

Nella maggior parte dei casi questo evento si verifica per un problema di alimentazione del dispositivo:

1) Accertarsi che i connettori siano ben collegati

2) Utilizzare preferibilmente l'alimentatore originale

3) Se non si dispone dell'alimentatore originale accertarsi che quello utilizzato abbia i requisiti necessari (come test empirico si può provare ad alimentare un hdd-usb per testare l'alimentatore)

È possibile per entrambi i sistemi operativi attraverso l'utilizzo di una chiavetta 3G USB compatibile.

I nostri MiniPC sono a tutti gli effetti dei computer quindi basta collegarlo ad un monitor oppure ad un televisore con ingresso HDMI, e a mouse e tastiera tramite USB. Collegandolo al monitor oppure al televisore attraverso la porta HDMI si potrà utilizzare Android allo stesso modo in cui si potrebbe fare collegando l’uscita HDMI di un tablet. In ogni caso è comunque possibile collegarsi ai nostri dispositivi da un altro computer o tablet attraverso il protocollo SSH pre-installato (GNU/Linux) oppure utilizzando una qualsiasi applicazione per il controllo remoto come ad esempio VNC.

I vostri dispositivi possono essere gestiti attraverso l'uso di un telecomando?

È possibile gestire i MiniPC attraverso un telecomando solo per le versioni "MiniPC Box". Per tutte le versioni è comunque possibile collegare mouse e tastiera. (in ogni caso controllare la voce "contenuto della confezione" nella scheda prodotto sul sito).

Quanta energia consumano i MiniPC?

Un test sul modello dual-core (senza dispositivi USB collegati) ha evidenziato un consumo medio mai superiore ai 4 Watt, i consumi dipendono anche dal carico della CPU.

Posso utilizzare la tastiera grafica anche utilizzando GNU/Linux?

La tastiera grafica è disponibile sia su Android che su Linux (da installare)

Per modelli senza tasto di accensione, è sufficiente collegarli all'alimentazione, mentre per spegnerli basta interrompere l'alimentazione o, se presente, meglio usare la funzione di spegnimento da sistema operativo. Ad esempio, se viene alimentato attraverso l’USB del televisore, spegnendo il televisore si spegne anche il MiniPC. In ogni caso è possibile alimentarlo collegandolo alla presa a muro utilizzando un alimentatore USB.

L'alimentatore è compreso nella confezione?

È possibbile scaricare/utilizzare su altri dispositivi l'app Android per la gestione del dual boot?

The Mini PC does not boot or freezes/loop at the first boot screen. What can I do?

In most cases this event occurs for a power failure of the device:

1) Make sure that the connectors are properly connected

2) Preferably use the original power supply

3) If you do not have the original power supply, ensure that the power supply has the necessary requirements (as an empirical test you can try to power an usb hdd to test the power supply)

What are the default username and password for GNU/Linux OS?

It is possible for both operating systems through the use of a compatible USB 3G dongle.

Our Mini PCs are computers in all respects so just connect them to a monitor or to a TV with HDMI input. Connecting to the monitor or the TV through the HDMI port you can use Android in the same way in which you could do by connecting the HDMI output of a tablet. In any case, you can still connect to our devices from another computer or tablet through the pre installed SSH protocol (under GNU/Linux) or by using any applications for remote control, such as VNC.

You can manage the Mini PC through a remote only for "MiniPC Box" versions. For all versions, you can still connect a mouse and keyboard. (in each case, check the "Package Contents" tab on the product page).

A test on the dual-core model (with no USB devices connected) showed an average consumption of less than 4 watts, consumption also depend on the CPU load.

The virtual keyboard is available on both Android and Linux (to be installed)

For models without the power button, simply connect the power supply. To turn them off remove the power supply, if available it is better to use the shutdown from the operating system. For example, if it is powered through the USB port of your TV, turning off the TV also turns off the MiniPC. In any case, you can power it by connecting it to the wall outlet using a USB power adapter.
