Shipping Policy
Monday through Friday instock orders are shipped the same or next business day within 24 hours of your order being placed with cleared payment. US orders (48 states only) are generally shipped with USPS. All items will be shipped to original order address (PayPal Shipping Address) no address change will be made. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email with the tracking information, please contact us through eBay Messages. No item will be shipped until payment is made and cleared. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.

We use PayPal as main source of payment because its reliable and secure. PayPal keeps financial information private. When a buyer pays using PayPal, the seller never sees the credit card or bank account numbers. If you don't have PayPal please sign up at www.paypal.com
Return Policy
All items must returned in original packaging, include all parts and accessories. Open Boxes will be charge 15% restocking fee, missing parts will be charged. We will credit for the item only without the shipping charges. Please make sure to include your name with your return to expedite the process. All returns/exchanges once returned will be processed in 3-5 business days. Once we receive your return item please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your refund. If returned items are not in like-new condition, then we will charge a restocking fee.
