Delivery
Our Delivery service is via Royal Mail and it is available to anywhere in the World. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same business day. For some deliveries we provide you with a shipment tracking number.
Returns
It is the purchasers responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges. We will only refund unwanted goods if they are returned to us in unused original resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. If your product becomes defective within first month of the invoice date you may return it for an exchange only. Before returning any item you must contact our return department within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions. Defective items may be returned for a same item exchange only. For all light products please test products for a factory defects prior to installation. Once attempt of installation has been made all light products are not exchangeable unless the item becomes defective. No cancellations refunds or exchanges on special order items. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue an exchange item for the product when your exchange meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Payments for items must be made trough PayPal. payments by Credit and Debit cards are accepted trough PayPal. Cash payments accepted on collection only. Unfortunately we can not accept Postal Orders or Cheques

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our HID Xenon Conversion kits are covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in which a manufacturers-defective parts in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no addition charge. Basic and Canbus LED bulbs comes with three months limited warranty. This not include bulb colour changes. The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, use other than the intended use or application, accidents or natural disasters. All bulbs are burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. Ballast and LED bulbs are tested before dispatch and are dispatch in 100% working order. Please remember that is is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are suitable for your vehicle make/model. We provide technical specification so that you can make an educational buying decision. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle from the use of any product purchased. If in doubt consult a qualified auto electrician or your vehicle authorized main dealer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Legal responsibilities for the fitting of our products and or their use is undertaken by the buyer and not us unless we have done the fitting. it is down to the buyer to ensure safe fitting and safe use of our products in compliance with any local laws and regulations.
