This unusual dress is made in the USA. It has a dropped waist, Wide front with 2 rows of large ivory color buttons,  and a very wide white, lace trimmed collar. Shoulder pads. Measurements laying flat are:   shoulder to shoulder: 19":                                                           armpit to armpit: 19".                                                          waist: 16".                                                          Hips: 25".                                                          Bottom Hem: 44".                                                          Shoulder to hem length: 42".
