Erosoella is a Leicester based business which specialises in Sexy Footwear and Clothing and have been trading on eBay since 2003.

Most of our products are designed and produced by ourselves or they are specially manufactured for us from our overseas factory.

We are open for business and collections Monday to Friday - 8.30 till 5.30 excluding Bank Holidays.

Items must be paid for and collected within 7 days of purchase. We prefer Paypal payments for goods which we are shipping or you can pay cash or card on collection if we are not sending out to you. For customers outside of the UK we only accept Paypal payments.

Delivery Information

Delivery is fast - we usually send out orders the same day if received before 2.00 pm

Please check your delivery is not damaged before signing for goods - any claims for damaged goods can not be made if you have signed for the goods in good condition - signing unchecked or unexamined will not stand - please make 3rd parties signing on your behalf aware of this.

Returns Policy

RETURNS - Procedure for Items purchased in error.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, you may cancel the purchase within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us through eBay or by phone and let us know the item you wish to return and the reasons why.

Returned items must be returned UNUSED in their original condition and packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. You are responsible for the costs of returning your purchase and we recommend you send it recorded delivery. We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% on all goods returned to us that have been bought in error. Please ensure you enclose the delivery slip with your return.
