All watches we sell are  BRAND NEW and comes with original factory papers or box from factories wholesales or Mega whole sale watch dealers.

 

Before shippment  all the watches necessarily be checked for any damage, inconsistencies selected model and  watch work.

Shipment: We ship not later 48-72 hours after clear payment. We ship only Monday-Friday (Sorry)!

Delivery from Moscow by Russian registered Mail! For tracking please use web http://www.russianpost.ru/tracking20/English.htm Tracking information can appear with some delay  You will see tracking information at list till Russian border, after for tracking please use Your national Post web. (The same tracking number).Unfortunately Russian post tracking number does not work for tracking via all world post systems!

Normally delivery period is 17-45 days  :Europe-2-4 weeks, USA, Canada and Australia 3 weeks-2 month and sometimes even more.

DEAR CUSTOMERS!!! We care about YOU , do our best and we are obliged to warn You about possibility of two unpleasant situations when You have deal with Russian post:

1) Possibility of Your watch (item) delay !!! In this situation we claim Russian post! Very often after claim, Russian post founds items during 2-3 weeks! If You do not have Your item during 12 weeks , after it was shipped from Moscow , we pay full refund immediately with our deepest apologize for Russian post !!! (Unfortunately Russian Post reality) !!! 

Unfortunately as a rule every year before  Christmas and New Year period  (October-beginning of February Russian post  collapsed because of gifts , During this period delay can be up to 3 month !!!

2) Possibility when Your order is stolen and You receive not opened , but empty package (without watch)! If Your package envelope seems like not opened(or opened before) but You feel that your package is much lighter than indicated in the customs declaration please OPEN CASE with Your local post and send me copy of this opened case recipe! In case You do it I will send You full refund immediatly !!!
