These are Snap-On hard cases that offer excellent protection to the back and sides of your mobile device. Snap-on hard cases are the most common kind of case you will find, because of the high levels of resistance and protection provided. All printed cases come with a free screen protector.

We aim to offer the best customer support. We will always reply to customer emails promptly and we will try to do so within 24 hours*; whatever your query, just ask!

*We can only reply to emails in normal working hours from Monday to Friday; on weekends and Bank Holidays we are unavailable to handle queries, but will get back to you as soon as possible on the next working day.

Items will usually be sent the next working day after payment has cleared. Please note that we do not send purchases out on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Shipping method and usual shipping time.
For UK orders, items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If you live outside the United Kingdom, the item will be sent by Standard Airmail (not tracked postage), which takes longer depending on where you live; for European countries it usually takes 4-10 working days, and for the rest of the World 7-15 working days.

Delayed delivery.
Indicated shipping times and eBay estimated delivery dates are for guidance only; items may be delayed in transit, especially where they are being mailed overseas or when deliveries are due around Bank Holidays or during the Christmas period. For domestic U.K. packages, we can only consider a parcel as lost after 10 working days have passed from the shipping date. For international packages, no item will be deemed to have been lost until 15 working days have passed from the shipping date.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products or services, we accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you have any questions or would like to return and item to us, please email us and one of our customer service team will reply within one working day.
