A midwakh, also spelled medwakh, is a small wooden pipe of Arabian origin. The bowl of a midwakh pipe is typically smaller than that of a traditional western pipe.
Midwakh are primarily produced in the United Arab Emirates, and are especially popular in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
These wooden pipes are made of various wood materials like Ebony wood, Sheesham Wood, Rosewood etc and some are inlaid with brass.
