  • The pump can be run on a 12V battery system with the same level of suction lift, although the flow rate will be halved. Thus it’s not recommended.

Shipping Terms

Shipping is free to USA.
Orders can only be processed on business days. We do not process any orders on weekends or holidays.
We offer standard delivery via USPS or UPS. Please allow up-to 2-5 days to receive your order. There is no delivery on weekends or holidays.
No shipping is currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses.
Overnight and express delivery is available.
To work out Estimated Delivery Date, please enter your details into "Shipping and payments", then click "Get Rates". 
Orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days. Weekends and holidays will take longer. Friday orders will be processed on Monday. 

Payment Method

Please make the payment within 3 days of your order via PayPal. 
Attention: an 6.25% sales tax will be added for buyers in Massachusetts. 
We can only deliver to addresses confirmed by PayPal.

Friday, weekend or holiday payments will be processed on the next business day. 

Warranty

All our products come with a 3-month warranty, from the date of the original purchase. 
Any faulty part will be replaced with a new one. 
Full refund can be processed within 30 days.
Full return or exchange can be processed within 90 days from date of purchase. 
Returned items must be sent back in a resalable condition. Please note we do not refund shipping and handling costs. A 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum) may be applicable.
