We normally send the item to the postal address that buyer is registered with eBay. Please double check your address before submitting the order as we cannot bear the responsibility for the item, if the item was lost because the buyer has not provided a full address or a wrong address.

We offer a free standard delivery service. Items sent by the Free delivery service will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Delivery estimate times for this service are around 2-3 days for mainland deliveries. However, delays do occur. Please note that eBay estimate delivery times are not an accurate reflection of realistic timeframes. The eBay estimates do not coincide with Royal Mail delivery times. Hence, some deliveries may take up to 15 working days for a parcel to arrive.

We do offer a next working day delivery option. If you wish to choose this option, please select our ‘Other 24 Hour’ courier service. The courier services used are DPD Next Working Day and/or Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day. This service will be at a standard price of £5.99. Please note, any orders made with this service after 12pm on Thursday and all-day on Friday; will not arrive until the next working day (Monday). If you wish to use a Saturday service, please contact us separately.

For EU and International deliveries, parcels are sent by Airmail Small Packet service and will attempt to arrive in 5 - 10 working days. However, the speed of delivery is also not guaranteed the parcel may take up to 25 working days to be delivered. Replacement/refund will be issued if goods still not arrive after 15 working days (for UK customer) and 20 working days for items posted to Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world, which is required by Royal Mail when a parcel is misplaced.

Every item is quality checked by our inhouse team before being sent out. However the buyer is advised to check the item upon delivery. It will be highly appreciated if you can inform us of any defects within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Goods must be in the original packaging and unused. Please e-mail us through eBay message prior to returning items. We don't charge administration fee for any returned item. However the buyer will need to cover the cost of postage for returns. All refunds will exclude actual Post and Packaging costs that occurred to send this item (£3.99 will be deducted from UK order, and the postage that shows on Royal Mail website based to its own weight + £0.50 package cost will be deducted from EU and International order).
