Word to the wises : Most Bullwhip buyers/users want a whip that will make a loud cracking / popping sound and or use it to hit targets, in order to do that the whip will have a string / popper at the end of the fall (see my picture), if not the whip will not make a popping sound just make a slapping sound and not very good to hit a target. In checking some other ebay sellers with similar looking whips and similar picture there was no string popper on the whip and the listed price was more.
