We always try our best to make sure the photos are as accurate as possible. However a slight variation may occur in colour. Colours may appear slightly different on eBay due to the light, computer monitor resolution and individual monitor settings. Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubts before purchasing.
We normally send the item to the postal address that the buyer has registered with eBay, so please double check your address before submitting the order. We cannot bear the responsibility for the item, if the item was lost due to the buyer not providing a full address or a wrong address.
We do check every item before sending out. However we do advise to check the item upon delivery. It will be highly appreciated if you can inform us of any defects within 24 hours of delivery.
We always try our best to send the item on the date of purchase or the following working day. Most first class parcel (within the UK) will arrive within 2 - 3 working days after posting. However delays may occur from time to time, due to delivery being something out of our control once the item is posted. First class delivery service is NOT a guaranteed service, sometimes it may take up to 15 working days for a parcel to arrive. If you do need to receive the item on or before a specific day, you are advised to increase the postage to special delivery. Please contact us before you purchase.
For EU and International delivery, most parcel are sent by Airmail Small Packet service, this usually takes 5 - 10 working days to arrive. However the speed of delivery is not guaranteed, the parcel may take up to 25 working days to be delivered.
Replacement or refund will be issued if goods still do not arrive after 15 working days (for UK customers), 20 working days for items posted to Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world, this is required by Royal Mail when a parcel does get lost.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Goods must be in the original packaging and unused. Please e-mail us through eBay message prior to returning items. We don't charge administration fee for any returned item. However, buyer needs to cover the cost of postage for the return. All refunds will exclude actual Postage (the postage shown on the package that we sent to you) and the Packaging costs (£0.50) that occurred to send the bag.
