All our T-shirts can be machine washed at 30 ° degrees.
Please remember like most printed t-shirts you should not iron directly onto the print.
If you look after your t-shirt, your t-shirt will look after you!

We post all items via Royal Mail Standard 1st class, if you require Recorded Delivery or Next Day Special Delivery please choose this option at checkout. Please note that there is a charge for both Recorded and Next Day Delivery.

International postage is sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail, if you require Airsure, Tracked or Signed for please choose this option at checkout.

We ask for all customers to contact us before returning any items, all customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Once we have confirmed your return you have a further 7 days to return the item back to us, all items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Please open your package with care and please do not use scissors or sharp implements as you may damage or mark the garment as all Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale.
Please be very careful when trying the garment on for example, please ensure you are not smoking or wearing make-up, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks, stains or smells.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
(​When returning your item please be so kind as to fold the returned item neatly before sending it back to us.)
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. please contact us informing us of the mistake so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We must receive all returned items within 14 days of confirmation.

*WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING;*

1.) Wrong size t-shirt. All measurements are shown in each item description to prevent incorrect size choice.

2.) Incorrect spelling by customer. All personalised items are printed exactly how they are sent to us (you must write your personalised text exactly how you want it, we include capital letters and punctuation).

3.) Poor quality personalised images. All images are printed exactly as received. Example, if your image is; Blurry, out of focus or has bad lighting the image will appear like this on the t-shirt!

4.) T-​shirt colour. If your item is the same colour as the one you ordered we will not accept returns. Example: If you ordered a red t-shirt and received a red t-shirt but changed your mind to a black t-shirt we will not exchange your item.

5.) Holes and cuts. All t-shirts are thoroughly inspected and are sent out as new and therefore will not be accepted for returns.
