This skirt is extra full with extra layers of white, matte tulle strands.These beautiful skirts have an elastic waistband, is made with soft matte tulle, is quadruple layered for extra fullness and can be made in a variety of colors and sizes. The measurements for sizes are shown below the skirts fall to the knee on most women 5 "5"- 5 "9". Keep in mind the elastic can stretch up to an additional 3 inches.
