1 - This camera has 4mm lens only.
2 - NO Power adapter in original Hikvision package. if you need it, please buy them via:

3 - Please DO NOT Update the camera. it is Chinese version at first, we changed it to multi-language version, so you can use it in English, but can't upgrade it. The green arrow picture camera in our store is upgradeable camera.
4 - We have 4 password: 12345, abc12345, 123456789abc, 1234567a.
5 - When your package is over 2KG(normally more than 4 piece camera), we will ship package through express. We usually ship the package as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer's tax(Please inform me If you need declare truthfully). However, the tax is determined by buyer customs not by us, different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should pay for it. special declare please tell us when you place order.
6 - There maybe have some changes in Hikvision camera's logo since Dec 1st, 2015. It has both the English and Chinese logos on the camera body.
7 - If the camera is H.265 camera, normally it need add to Hikvision H.264 NVR manually. If you need, please email us, we will send manual instruction to you. and if you use Hikvision NVR to build your CCTV system, as a matter of convenience, please use the same password for camera or NVR, then your cameras can be Plug-and-Play.
