We do not take any other form of payment.
Strictly mail order only. We do not allow customer collections in person or via courier.
Character Linens dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment.
Where stated, UK orders are posted using Royal Mail's 2nd Class Standard service free of charge.
Alternative priority postage services are available at an additional charge.
Non-UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Priority service at an additional charge.
Character Linens operate a 30 day returns policy (after the day the item is received) under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations.
All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us by email at characterlinens@outlook.com stating your eBay User ID and item number.
We recommend a tracked service for returned items as any that are lost in transit will not be refunded.
Items returned must be in the same condition as received, including packaging.
Postage costs for returned unwanted items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item. Please include your eBay User ID and item number in the returned package as failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.
