Yes, we dispatch quickly. However in most cases delivery may take around 3-10 business days. This is because shipping in Australia is highly dependent on the efficiency of the shipping carrier whether it be Australia Post or a Courier Company.

Express postage is also available, especially if you wish to receive your purchase quickly. Just remember if you are requesting express postage our Company needs the item purchased before 1400 hrs, otherwise, we are unable to meet the one or two day’s delivery time.

Letter size parcels do not have a tracking service provided as they come under general postage. Your invoice and purchased item will be photographed together and an email will be sent to you to prove that your item was collected on that specified day by Australia Post. Postage that is lost by Australia Post without a tracking number will not be replaced. We recommend opting for Registered Post or tracking if you have any concerns.
