Arica wool sofa/ bed socks in grey | Fairtrade and hand-made by Pachamama

The Arica sofa and bed sock in grey by Pachamama is handmade from wool in Nepal. Traditionally what would be called a bed sock these thick and warm woollen socks are these days frequently worn as a slipper-sock or sofa sock, often over a normal pair of socks for maximum comfort at home!

Responsibly handmade using 100% wool and utilising traditional skills, each piece is therefore unique. Pachamama is a recognised importer by BAFTS, the British Association of Fair Trade Shops. Machine or hand wash cool and dry flat.

Because our Arica sofa/ bed socks are hand made no two pairs are exactly alike. Sizing is approximate therefore with two options available:

Small to Medium (typically would suit average women's feet size UK 4-7, EU 37-41, US 6.5-9.5)
Medium to Large (typically would suit average men's feet size UK 7.5-9.5, EU 42-44, US 8.5-11)

Returns:

We are really confident that you will be satisfied with the great quality of our socks. To reduce the likelihood that you will need to make a return please be sure of the size you require when ordering. If there is a problem, we'll take items back within 60 days of receipt for a full refund so long as you cover the cost of postage and the product is returned in its original condition. This means that the product must not have been worn, used, marked or damaged in any way. The product packaging must not have been removed, marked or damaged in any way. If in doubt please get in touch before returning anything.

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that do not meet our conditions stated above cannot be refunded.

FAST & FREE: Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for free same day shipping on any sock order with delivery in 2 to 3 delivery days from dispatch.

FASTER: If you want your socks faster then you can upgrade your order at the checkout. Our first class service offers delivery in 1 to 2 delivery days from dispatch, so usually next day delivery.

GUARANTEED: If you want your socks urgently then you can select guaranteed next day delivery at the checkout. This guaranteed and signed for service does require someone to sign for the receipt of the shipment at any time up to 1pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders received after 2pm on Friday, and on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on a Monday. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday does not count as a delivery day.
