WHAT YOU GET : 

Professionally engraved save the dates with your names and special date with included fridge magnets to be applied (separately by you) to the save the dates, allowing you to decide if you want them as a standard save the date or as a fridge magnet.

MAGNETS

We will provide you FREE of charge the magnets to be applied (separately by you) to the save the dates, allowing you to decide if you want them as a standard save the date or as a fridge magnet.

The magnets are already pre-cut and require to be simply stuck on the back of the save the dates. 

Your Save the Date will be engraved on the underside allowing them to reflect more light making them more pleasing to the eye. We know weddings are stressful enough! So we pack all our items with loving care and they are protected until your big day.

All our items are quality checked before they are sent out, so you can rest assure that they will be perfect everytime.

The mirror acrylic is a reflective mirror on the front and grey on the back.

We will design with CAPITAL letters only for the names. If you require them in lower case, please message us first to see if it can be done in your chosen design.

Date Format: please provide as shown in the picture date, Month (in spelling format) and year. We will copy the date in the order that you supply us in, so if you write the month first we will engrave this way (American format).

The only parts to be personalised are as mentioned above, if you require any other wording to be changed i.e 'save the date' or 'ARE GETTING MARRIED' please either message us with your request.

How to Personalise your Item

1. Proceed with the purchase by clicking buy it now

2. In the next page (Checkout page), in the Rewiew your order section, click the blue “Message to seller”

3. A text box will appear, here is where you will be required to leave your details.

4. Once you finished adding all the details, click the blue "Add" button to save the message.

5. Finally click the Confirm and pay button to proceed to payment to complete your order.

If you have gone through the checkout stage without following the instrctions above by adding your message in the message to seller box before checkout dont't worry as you can always send us your details in a message using the eBay messaging system.

All the dispach times are indications only, and isnt guaranteed that the postal provider will delivery in that time frame.

Our current turnaround time is indicated in the delivery tab near the buy it now button, in most cases we process orders quicker than that, but it may take that amount of time when we have many orders at any one time.

If you need your order quicker, message us, and we will treat your order as priority where we can.

After the dispatch times, please add the delivery times.

Internationals Orders: we provide all relevant information custom agencies require on each order, but in exceptional circumstances beyond our control delays could occur.

Internationals delivery times, are only an estimate, please allow about 30 days for International delivery in extreme cases.

TERMS

Due to the custom nature of our items, please consider all sales to be final. 

The distance selling regulation do not apply to personalised goods.

Please take care when you are ordering your item that no errors are made, as the item is personalised no refund can be issued.

If the item arrives damaged in transit or has not arrived at all PLEASE CONTACT US , and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
