When an analogue PSTN line carries VDSL (Broadband) signals, a VDSL Broadband Filter must be used.

This DSL filter separates the analogue telephone signal from the digital data signal so the alarm services are not disrupted due to distortion caused by the DSL data services.

The GF3012 ADSL 2+ / VDSL microfilter is contained within a white plastic case and uses the GFI tool-less IDC termination feature.

The GF3012 microfilter is slightly smaller than it's ADSL2+ predeceser (GF3011) at 58mm(L) x 34mm(W) x 21mm(H), therefore this fits into a wider range of metal alarm enclosures.

If an order is placed before 13:00 pm it will be dispatched the same day, if ordered after 13:00 pm the order will be sent out on an AM delivery the following day.

Less than 30 days: In order to qualify for a refund please return the goods (in a saleable condition) with a copy of the invoice and a short note to say why you are returning the Product and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund your card).

More than 30 days: We do not offer refunds for any goods returned after 30 days. However if you are looking for additional goods, we may be willing to offer some credit for goods returned.

Faulty goods: All our products come with a 12 month warranty. If the cable is faulty upon receipt, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us on 01344 577 980 to discuss the matter further. If the cable develops a fault after 30 days and prior to the end of the 12 months, please return the cable with a copy of the invoice (if available) or details of when the purchase was made along with your contact details.
